Had an amazing stay! The hotel is in a great location close to the airport and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved the complimentary gym and spa facilities.
The pool was quite small and crowded at times, making it difficult to find a spot to relax by the water. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation work.

The resort had great complimentary activities such as snorkeling and a glass bottom boat cruise, and the beach was beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive.
The food was mediocre and didn't live up to the standard of other Caribbean resorts. The rooms were ok but not luxurious and had an undesirable odor in the bathroom.

The room, location, and amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Snorkeling with a guide was a wonderful experience and made me feel safe in the water. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the evening entertainment was top-notch.
The beach area was smaller than I anticipated, but still provided enough space to enjoy the beautiful water. The pool was great, but it would have been better if the lifeguard stayed past 5:30pm.
